Accepted Payment Methods
At NexGen Computing, we offer secure and flexible payment options to ensure a seamless shopping experience. The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Debit and Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
  • Instant EFT
  • Payflex
  • Happy Pay (installments over two pay cheques)

Currency
All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Taxes
All prices displayed on our store include VAT.

Payment Process

  • Payments are charged immediately at the checkout screen for items in your cart.
  • Orders are processed promptly upon successful payment confirmation.
  • You will receive a confirmation email after payment, notifying you that we have received your payment and are processing your order.

Installments
For installment payments via Happy Pay, documentation may be required by the payment provider to verify your credit eligibility. All approvals are handled through Happy Pay’s platform.

Failed Transactions
If a transaction fails, you may:

  • Retry the same payment method.
  • Choose an alternative method, such as EFT or Instant EFT.

Refund Policy
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • If the original payment method cannot process the refund, we will contact you to arrange a refund via an alternative payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days, although your bank's processing time may vary. Please contact your bank for confirmation of their refund timelines.

Security and Compliance
Your payment information is handled securely with end-to-end encryption by NexGen Computing and our payment processors (Yoco, Paystack, and Peach Payments).

  • We comply with PCI DSS and relevant South African payment security standards to protect your financial data.
