Delivery of Physical Items (Laptops, Computers, Accessories, etc.)
For physical items such as laptops, desktops, and accessories:

  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days.
  • Orders are shipped the same day they are placed if the order is received before 12 PM.
  • All deliveries are handled by our trusted courier partner, The Courier Guy.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your parcel has been collected for delivery.

Delivery of Software Products
All software products purchased from NexGen Computing are delivered instantly via email upon successful purchase. You will receive your product key and instructions directly to your registered email address.

Shipping Within South Africa
We currently ship physical products within South Africa only.

Shipping Costs

  • Flat rate: R120 per order.

Order Processing and Delivery

  • All orders are processed the same day if placed before 12 PM.
  • Delivery of software products is instant via email, while physical items take 1–3 business days.
  • Collection of physical items is handled by The Courier Guy.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email for all physical item shipments. Use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
Any shipments lost or damaged while in the care of the courier will be replaced at no cost to you. Please contact our support team for assistance.

Order Modifications and Cancellations
You may cancel your order or modify your delivery address, provided that the courier has not yet collected your parcel. Contact us promptly if changes are required.

Returns
If you need to return an item, please contact our support team. We will arrange the collection of your item at no additional cost.
