Will I lose any of my data during the upgrade?
We back up your personal files (documents, photos, videos, etc.) and transfer them to your new SSD. However, we strongly recommend creating your own backup as a precaution.
Are all my programs and applications transferred too?
No, installed programs such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, games, and others cannot be backed up and restored. These must be reinstalled after the upgrade.
Can you help reinstall my programs after the upgrade?
Yes, we can assist with reinstalling commonly used applications like Office and Chrome if you provide the necessary licenses, credentials or login details
Will my PC be faster after the SSD upgrade?
Yes, SSDs significantly improve system speed, startup time, and overall performance compared to traditional hard drives. The difference is quite significant that we are creating this upgrade service
What happens to my old hard drive?
You can keep your old hard drive for backup or use it as external storage. If needed, we can assist in converting it to an external hard drive for R450
What if I live far from the city? Will you still assist me?
Yes, our service is available nationwide. If you're in a remote area, we may charge a travel fee based on your distance from major city centers.
