High-Performance Connectivity for Dense Environments
The Cambium ePMP™ MP 3000 is a specialized MicroPOP Access Point designed for Wireless Internet Service Providers (WISPs) and enterprise network operators to deliver reliable, high-speed connectivity in targeted, high-density areas. Based on 802.11ac Wave 2 technology, the MP 3000 injects additional capacity and extends network coverage precisely where it's needed most. It's an ideal solution for expanding service to a new subdivision, providing coverage to a small campus, or serving as a backhaul hub for multiple Wi-Fi access points. With its lightweight, cost-effective design and ruggedized IP67 enclosure, the MP 3000 is built for flexible, outdoor deployments.
Advanced Features for Optimal Performance
Engineered for efficiency, the ePMP MP 3000 supports 2x2 MIMO and can achieve a peak throughput of up to 600 Mbps. It operates in the 5 GHz frequency range (5150 - 5875 MHz) and supports 20, 40, and 80 MHz channel widths, allowing for flexible spectrum use. The integrated 9 dBi dual-polarity omni-directional antenna provides broad coverage, while the system can support up to 64 subscriber modules. The MP 3000 is fully manageable through the cnMaestro™ cloud or on-premises platform, providing comprehensive network visibility and control at no extra charge. It is designed to interoperate with the ePMP Force 300 series of subscriber modules and is also backward compatible with Force 180/190/200 modules.
