Intelligent, Autonomous Operation
The Milesight UC100 is more than just a converter; it's an intelligent controller. It can read from up to 16 Modbus RTU devices, collecting and transmitting valuable data over vast distances—up to 15 km in rural areas. A standout feature is its intelligent trigger system, which allows you to configure up to 16 commands based on custom 'If-Then' logic. This enables the UC100 to operate autonomously, executing predefined actions even if the network connection is temporarily lost, ensuring your operations continue without interruption.
Advanced Connectivity with Milesight D2D
Featuring the innovative Milesight D2D (Device-to-Device) protocol, the UC100 can communicate with other Milesight LoRaWAN devices in under a second, completely bypassing the need for a LoRaWAN® gateway. This enables ultra-low latency for direct control applications. The UC100 can function as a D2D controller, triggered by an RS485 device to send commands, or as a D2D agent, receiving commands to control a local RS485 device. Configuration is made simple with both a local USB Type-C port and remote configuration options via LoRa downlink.
