The switch intelligently adjusts for compatibility and optimal performance thanks to auto-negotiation on each port, which recognizes the link speed of any 10/100/1000Mbps device. Advanced features include 802.1p/DSCP QoS for prioritizing traffic, a 10Gbps switching capacity, and storm control to maintain network stability.
