Revolutionize Your ISP Deployments
Say goodbye to expensive GPON base stations and complex optical splitters with the MikroTik netPower 15FR. This outdoor switch is a core component of MikroTik's GPEN (Gigabit Passive Ethernet Network) concept, designed to deliver the speed of fiber with the simplicity and lower cost of Ethernet. It's the ideal, easy-to-deploy solution for any ISP looking to provide internet to individual apartments or remote locations efficiently.
Flexible Powering for Any Environment
Powering network equipment in locations like attics, utility rooms, or elevator shafts is no longer a challenge. The netPower 15FR features 15 reverse PoE-in ports, allowing it to draw power directly from your clients. In fact, depending on the setup, it can be powered by even a single client, offering unparalleled installation flexibility. Additionally, port Ether15 provides passive PoE-out, perfect for powering an uplink device, a wireless dish, or a security camera with the same voltage applied to the unit.
Built for Performance and Durability
Encased in a rugged outdoor enclosure, the netPower 15FR is built to withstand the elements and can be installed almost anywhere, from damp attics to outdoor poles using the included hose clamps. It delivers a non-blocking throughput of 3.6 Gbps and a switching capacity of 7.2 Gbps, ensuring a fast and reliable connection for all users. With two SFP ports for fiber connectivity, it provides a high-speed backbone connection to your network. This switch comes pre-loaded with MikroTik's powerful RouterOS (Level 5 license) and is also compatible with SwitchOS, providing advanced configuration options for any network scenario.
